– Configurations of SCADA Networks (Consists of HMIs and Gateways to allow for control of the substation from either remote control center or Local control room)
– Testing & Commisioning of SCADA operations and Functionality:

• Ensuring the integrity of all communication channels to the IEDs.
• Ensuring connectivity to all IEDs for SCADA and Engineering purposes.
• Ensuring that all protection trips, operations, alarms, analogs, and fleeting points are correctly monitored by SCADA.
• Ensuring that all controls are correctly operated by SCADA
